대략 10여년전에 2만5천원인가 하는 거금을 주고 구입한 스타일러스팬...-_-;;
당시 사용하던 PDA인 Palm Vx, IBM WorkPad C3 에 사용하려고 구입을 한것인데, 왜 그리 비싼것을 구입을 했는지...^^
앞부분은 스프링식으로 터치감하나는 좋다...
그동안 꽤 오래동안 짱박혀 있다가... 몇년전부터 SmartPhone을 이용하면서 사무실에서 사용을 하고 있는데, 그립감이나 터치감은 꽤 만족스럽니다.
지금은 얼마에 판매가 되나 싶어서 홈페이지를 보려고 하는데, 벌써 몇일째 안열리는데, 부도가 났나?
아마존이나 이베이를 찾아봐도 판매를 되고 있지 않은듯...

오래간만에 켜보았더니 작동은 잘하는데, 흑백화면에 느린 속도가 참 답답하다...^^

The Floating Point stylus from LandWare has a spring-loaded tip that improves the writing process.
Writing Tip
Clearly, the most important part of the part of the Floating Point
stylus is the writing tip. This is a small pin that, instead of being
solidly attached to the rest of the stylus, rides on a small spring
inside the rest of the plastic tip. This means when you write on the
screen, there is some give to the tip instead of being rigid like most
styli.
The Benefits
The spring loaded tip evens out the pressure
from the stylus on the digitizer. If you push down harder, the spring
absorbs a bit of the force. This is supposed to improve Graffiti
recognition. I'll have to admit I was a bit skeptical about the claim
of improving character recognition so I ran some tests, admittedly
non-scientific.
